Refund & Return Policy

At LavishLamp, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a clear, transparent return and refund process to ensure you shop with confidence.


🕒 Return Window
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items returned after 30 days but within 180 days may be eligible for store credit (no expiry date).


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories and documents included in the original shipment must be returned.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

⚠️ Please note: Customized items, gift cards, warranty purchases, shipping costs, and priority processing fees are non-refundable.


📦 Return Process
1. Contact our customer care team at support@lavishlamp.com to request a return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including duties/taxes, if applicable).
4. After inspection, your refund will be issued as either:
• Full/partial refund (to the original payment method), or
• Store credit (if the item shows signs of use).

🔄 A 20% restocking fee may apply on certain items.


🔧 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is:
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days.
• Photos/videos are required so our team can quickly provide the best resolution.
• We will send replacement parts or a new fixture free of charge.
• If you prefer a return instead, shipping costs will be your responsibility.


🚚 Items Not Received

If your package does not arrive within 30 business days, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
⚠️ Please note: LavishLamp is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment costs in such cases will not be covered.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or broken.
• For replacements, contact us and we’ll arrange new parts or fixtures.
• Alternatively, return your item and place a new order.


💳 Refund Timeline
• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.
• Banks/credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.


🛡️ Warranty

Some fixtures include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (not normal wear & tear).
• Proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required.
• Coverage includes one replacement incident.
• Extended warranties are available for purchase at checkout.
