2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties/taxes if applicable.
4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (even if the order included free shipping).
5. After inspection, your refund will be issued as either:
• Full/partial refund to the original payment method, or
• Store credit (for items showing signs of use)

If your package does not arrive within 30 business days, you may request a full refund by contacting us.

• LavishLamp is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses.
• If the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, a refund cannot be issued.
In this case, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
