Cancellation Policy

  We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make canceling an order as simple as possible.  

🕒 How to Cancel Your Order  
You may cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within **1 hour** of purchase. Simply scroll down to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and click the cancellation link.  

If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email us at **support@lavishlamp.com** with your order number, and our customer care team will do their best to assist.  

🔄 Accidental Cancellation  
If you canceled your order by mistake and still wish to receive it, the fastest solution is to place a new order at checkout. If you need help, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.  

📩 Cancellation Confirmation  
Once your order has been successfully canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received one, please reach out to us at **support@lavishlamp.com** with your order number so we can verify the status.  

🎁 Orders Containing Gift Cards  
Orders that include gift cards cannot be self-canceled. To cancel or make changes to these orders, please contact our team directly at **support@lavishlamp.com** as soon as possible.
